Every individual attending needs to submit their own registration form.
HOTEL:
Room accommodations at the host hotel are covered. For local or nearby attendees, hotel is optional. When you fill out a registration form, you will have the option to request for a reservation. After submitting your form, a hotel confirmation will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.
Our HBH Group Rate is $154/night + tax at The Brown Hotel if you are interested in extending pre or post nights. The rate is valid for 3 days prior and 3 days after the convention dates. Pre and post nights are your responsibility and not covered by the company.
TRAVEL:
Travel is covered for this conference. After registering, please submit your info here so we can book your airfare.
CSC:
CSC are responsible for their travel and hotel accommodations. When you submit a registration form, we will handle booking your hotel reservation, but it will not be covered. Let us know if you have any questions! Thank you.
ATTIRE:
Business casual.
